Where are you currently training, and what's a typical training week like for you?

-I train at Gibson MMA in Port Moody; I train 2-3 times a day 6 days a week. I'll mix between grappling, sparring, boxing and MMA.

-I would say follow your dreams! This can be one of the most challenging, rewarding and exhilarating careers you could ever choose!

What or who are your inspirations in MMA and life?

-Honestly the kids I teach at Gibson MMA inspire me and so do my teammates. I know they look up to me and it's my team that helps me get to where I am so it's them that I care about impressing.

Who are your favorite MMA fighters?

-GSP, Jose Aldo, and Anderson Silva.

How do you enjoy your free time when not training or fighting?

-I love cooking, spending time with my family and shopping. I also enjoy spending time with my two Akitas, they are my babies.

-Ambition, sense of humor and how they treat others.

What are your turn-ons?

-I love someone who can make me laugh and my husband of course :)
