The Ladies of UFC on Fox 17

The UFC brings us a pair of ladies fights tonight for UFC on Fox 17 live from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. First up on the Fox Sports 1 preliminaries which begin at 5 PM ET Sarah Kaufman (17-3-0, 1NC) will welcome kickboxing world champion Valentina "Bullet" Shevchenko (11-1-0) to the Octagon. Then kicking off the main card at 8 PM ET Invicta FC veteran Karolina Kowalkiewicz (7-0-0) will make her UFC debut against Randa "Quiet Storm" Markos (5-3-0). Good luck ladies!

UFC 186 Ladies Lineup

The UFC seems to be picking up steam adding more ladies fights to their cards in recent months and UFC 186 is no different. Tonight's fight card features three ladies fights although none are on the main card so you will have to tune in early. Aisling "Ais the Bash" Daly (15-5) and Randa "Quiet Storm" Markos (4-3) will kick off the event on UFC Fight Pass at 6:30 pm ET followed by Jessica "Ragin" Rakoczy (1-4) and Valérie "Trouble" Létourneau (6-3). Later in the evening starting at 8 pm ET on Fox Sports 1 we get to see the trilogy fight between Alexis "Ally-Gator" Davis (16-6) and Sarah Kaufman (17-2). Good luck ladies!

Don't Miss Kaufman vs Smith II Tonight

If you saw the epic battle between Sarah Kaufman (16-2-0, 1NC) and Leslie Smith (6-4-1) at Invicta FC 5 which ended in a split decision and was a fight of the year candidate last year then you don't want to miss the rematch going down tonight at TUF Nations Finale in Quebec City, Canada. Jessica Eye & Sarah Kaufman Make Their UFC Debut this Saturday

This Saturday Jessica "Evil" Eye (10-1) and Sarah Kaufman (16-2) will throw down for their highly anticipated UFC debut on the preliminary fight card at UFC 166 in Houston, Texas at the Toyota Center. Catch the ladies on the Fox Sports 1 prelims starting at 8 PM ET followed by an action packed PPV card starting at 10 PM ET.

The Ladies of Strikeforce Throw Down Tomorrow

Strikeforce returns to the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, CA tomorrow evening and the ladies are the spotlight. The preliminary card kicks off at 8 PM E.T. with Hiroko Yamanaka vs Germaine de Randamie, Miesha Tate squaring off against Julie Kedzie a few fights later and the main card culminating in a battle for the Strikeforce Bantamweight Women's World Championship between current champion Ronda Rousey and former champion Sarah Kaufman.

The Day the Ladies Took Over, Tate vs. Rousey!

It's been a little over two weeks since the aftermath of Strikeforce Tate vs. Rousey but I can still vividly recall most of this crazy awesome weekend. This was the day the ladies took over a major fight card. Not only was the event headlined by a great ladies title fight between Miesha Tate and Ronda Rousey but we also got to see the under card headlined by Alexis Davis and Sarah Kaufman which turned out to be fight of the night. When the likes of Dana White and Lorenzo Fertitta take notice you know women's MMA is headed in the right direction and here to stay one way or another.
