UFC Women's Bantamweights Throw Down Today

A pair of UFC Women's bantamweight fights go down this afternoon for UFC Fight Night 83 at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. First up Kelly Faszholz (3-0) will make her UFC debut against Lauren Murphy (8-2). Following this fight will be a clash in the cage between Ashlee Evans-Smith (3-1) and Marion "The Belizean Bruiser" Reneau (6-2). Tune in early for the UFC Fight Pass preliminaries starting at 5:30 PM ET to catch these fights live.

    -Ashlee Evans-Smith defeated Marion Reneau via split decision (30-27, 28-29, 29-28).
    -Lauren Murphy defeated Kelly Faszholz via TKO at 4:55 of round 3.
