Sarah has graced the cages as a ring card girl for Pure MMA and MMA Melee and also in the boxing ring for Claddagh Fund, a charity run by Ken Casey and the Dropkick Murphys. She has also modeled for Tap or Sleep and MACP Gear. Her favorite MMA fighters are Rampage Jackson, Randy Couture and Georges St-Pierre.

Outside the world of MMA Sarah is an international published model and works full-time in the health care industry. Sarah has been featured in countless magazines and websites including Playboy, The Smoking Jacket, Maxim Magazine, Kaboom Magazine, fitness DVD’s and videos for Men’s Health and Women’s Health Magazines and many more. Her work in the health care industry involves rehabbing patients back from orthopedic surgery. When not heating up the cameras in the modeling universe or working with patients, Sarah can often be found in the gym, hanging out with her family or playing with her baby English bulldog, Iggy.
