Caity graces the cages for Art of Combat and Gladius Fights in New York, models for Beast Mode Athletics and also works with our friends at Ring Card Girls and Fitness Models (International). Caity holds a purple belt in American Karate with her brown belt test coming soon and cross trains MMA. She trains Karate at Greene Dragon Martial Arts in Greene, NY, MMA at Five Element Sport MMA and Fitness in Vestal, NY and recently began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Infinity BJJ in Oneonta, NY along with Tai Kai in Syracuse, NY so don’t mess with this pretty lady! Her favorite UFC fighters are Georges St-Pierre, Chael Sonnen, Anderson Silva, Joe Lauzon and Johny Hendricks and outside the UFC her favorites are Matthew “The Kamikaze Kid” Kurey, Rebecca Heintzman and Paul Holt.
Outside the world of MMA Caity is a professional model, licensed practical nurse and loving mother of three young children. She loves caring for others and calls herself blessed to have both a rewarding nursing career and fun modeling career.
