Paizly has worked as a ring card girl and model for many MMA companies including Nor Cal Xtreme Combat, BodyKore, LTD Productions, Andy K Productions, EFX and Engage Fight Wear and features in Questionable Stoppage Magazine and on Cage Potato. Her favorite MMA fighter is Georges St-Pierre.

Outside the modeling world Paizly works in education as an after-school teacher. Growing up in a large family of six brothers and one sister she claims the tomboy role but as you can see she can render you speechless as well when dressed to impress. She proudly displays her family name “Contreras” tattooed down the right side of her body. In her spare time she loves watching her San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants as well as MMA.

Something tells me this is just the beginning for Heather in the MMA world as she turns one head after another.

Outside the world of MMA Heather is a full-time model that has been featured in over 35 internationally published magazines including Maxim, FHM and Muscle Magazine. She has also been on countless television networks and shows including Telemundo, Univision, The Travel Channel, Fox News, MTV, Burn Notice and many others. Heather is also a spokes model for three unique companies to check out called Aphrodisiac Ice Cream that has Playboy and Maxim models serving tasty treats from a Miami based ice cream truck, Flying Pasties who focus on protecting the privacy of travelers at airports from body scanners and Red Lips Clothing.

In her spare time Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, skydiving, paint balling, shooting guns, video games, riding four-wheelers, pole and hip hop dancing and working with photo shop, web and video design.
